As Design Director for Girls and Toddler Girls, I was tasked to lead an already healthy business and challenged to concept new ideas for incremental growth. Through a strategic, researched approach I was able to identify white space in the market. Leading the design team, we developed a new program of rayon dresses with a more casual sensibility that continues to be a pillar of the collection today. In addition, I helped to create and implement a new process of partnering with overseas vendors to fast track innovative product ideas and increase speed to market.
